Awaiting Blessed Blooms
A local family volunteered on Saturday to work on flower beds outside their church.

Angelique Olvera, 13, a seventh grade student at Pottstown Middle School, her sisters Alexandria, 10, a fourth grader at Rupert Elementary and 1-year-old Ayden volunteered on Saturday to prepare flower beds outside Pottstown's Second Baptist Church where they are members.
"It's hot but it's worth it," Angelique said of the afternoon gardening work. "It feels kind of good ... to help the community and stuff."
