Chester County District Attorney Tom Hogan will hold a press conference on Wednesday morning to announce that an arrest has been made in connection with the February killing of 17-year-old Kevin Allen, of Norristown.

Allen's body was found on Feb. 12 inside Unit 127 of the Hanover Garden Apartments in North Coventry, after someone called 9-1-1 to report a fire. Emergency responders discovered Allen's body and "quickly extinguished" a fire at the scene, Hogan said in a previous statement sent to the media.

The press conference will be held at 10:30 a.m., and Patch Editor James Myers will be in attendance. We will provide an update on this story as soon as the conference has concluded.
