I suffer from seizures, if you would like to pass this message along to the DA & all them, there is a genetic test that can be done to diagnose a certain seizure disorder that is only found as a mutated DNA strand, I personally am seeking this test, my insurance doesn't cover it, what they think I have is called GEFS+, it can come into a persons life out of no where & if she did not die, had this, no medications could help, here is a URL you might want to pass along for an understanding: http://tinyurl.com/aefpuef <~ short url to save space. You'll see brain damage but no outside cause, other then injury caused by a fall from a seizure, I have plenty of these. This disorder isn't rare but it isn't common either. Since this is an investigation, maybe they will be willing test to give closer to the family with this test. Her family history would be looked into, who else have seizures. Also, the cops and DA and all them would have to ask about seizures as a baby from UTI's & if she got fevers along with them. Most kids grow out of these, some people they come back & it says for the rest of their life, isn't much that can be done. If the editors can pass this on it might help them, if it doesn't no harm no foul, it will rule out this possibility! This disorder isn't talked about much. My neuror even told me in her practice in UoP, she has read about it, she was taught it, but never had a person with it in her office! please please please pass this on! it could help solve this!

The main issue would be to determine why she would have been near this corn field. If that was ordinary, then the seizure disorder would be more relevant. If this is a remote area where it would be unlikely of her to frequent, there are way more questions and possibilities. At this point finding out who she was with and where she was is more important than a dna test for seizure disorder. Even if she had one, the seizure could have been a result of trauma.

Come forward & tell what happened so the family can move on.

As someone who knew Natalie since childhood I can say that there is no reasonable explaination for why she would be anywhere in Hanover township nor is there a reason she would have been near a cornfield. The bottom line here is that her body was dumped and left in a remote place so regardless to whether she had a seizure or not somebody needs to be held accountable for leaving her like she was nothing. Natalie had her share of issues but she was a sweet, generous, loving person who did not deserve to go the way she did. I hope that whoever is responsible comes forth or is caught and brought to justice.

i have two girls and live uncomfortably close to the scene. is a seizure brought on by being hit in the head maybe something we call "murder"??? its been six months ! thanks for the heads up about a potential killer in my backyard.

I believe Natalie suffered from a seizure disorder due to a head injury she acquired from a car accident a couple years ago. This still doesn't explain why she was dumped and how she got to where she was,nor who she was with. In this day and age with all of the technology we have at our fingertips finding the cowards who did this shouldn't be so difficult.

Natalie did suffer from seizures due to a prior car accident. I met her shortly after that and actually witnessed one. They were bad but not bad enough to cause her to die. If she had one and happened to fall and hit her head on something the possibility exists. Whoever left her in the field is a coward and will most likely not come forward so anyone else who knows should come forward!!!!

If i remember correctly this happened when Folk Fest was in town. Tons of out of town-ers around makes it harder to figure out who did what with who. Wonder if she was at the Folk Fest? Did she run into someone or something bad there?

the philly folk fest ran from the 17th to 19th of august in 2012 and natalie's body was found the 29th. another article on natalie mentioned they wanted to know her whereabouts from sunday until wednesday the 29th. maybe the folk fest was somehow involved but it seems unlikely. thanks for speaking up, i wish more people would.

Raymond Marc Zachry was found unresponsive by a neighbor in Souderton, Pa- when police arrived (within four minutes) Zachry "had no pulse and was cool to the touch". Subsequent toxicology reports discovered a huge quantity of lethal barium in his blood test. Still nearly six years later, the Montgomery County coroner Hofman will not allow an investigation into the source of the chemical. Calls the death "heart attack".

Perhaps a poison panel would determine if this person was the victim of poison.
