Last year's Pottsgrove School District solicitor Kyle Berman has been re-appointed for the 2012-2013 year, according to a Sanatoga Post report.

Berman, an attorney with Blue Bell's Fox Rothschild LLP law firm, specializes in school, business and criminal law, and his experience includes serving as a litigator for the Delaware County Public Defender's Office and president of the Wallingford-Swarthmore Board of School Directors.

At its June 12 meeting, Pottsgrove Board of School Directors voted to re-appoint Berman and Fox Rothschild for the district's solicitor position during the 2012-13 academic year, on a retainer agreement.

Fox and Rothschild's Jeffrey T. Sultanik also serves Pottsgrove School District, albeitin a less visible capacity. Sultanik, who does not typically attend board meetings, serves as strategist and negotiator during contract negotiations between the district and its labor unions. His practice is concentrated in personnel and labor relations.
