Special Elections Signal Voters' Mood

Of the six seats up for grabs Tuesday, four were most recently held by Democrats and two were held by Republicans.

 

 

HARRISBURG - Forget the heat and the hoopla surrounding the race for the White House this spring. Pennsylvania voters in a half-dozen special elections Tuesday could provide inklings into their intentions this fall.
