While I don't condone theft, this isn't the season for arresting kids. Juvenile court? Give me a break. If they could afford good lawyers, you'd never hear about this.

I hope that the judge actually makes these perps perform community service. Something working with children around Christmas to see how the children who benefit from Toys for Tots have nothing and that they were essentially stealing from children with nothing. If that fails and they have another incident of any kind, send them to Marine Boot Camp to learn some respect.

Hey, John Q. Public, I assume that is your real name, kind of weird though, They get away with this, then whats next. "Hey man that was easy lets go steal something worth some real money". No, this is to teach them that stealing does not pay. Local food banks also give out toys, if they register and they really cannot afford to buy their children anything they can take advantage of a local organization. Honesty does pay!!!
