The Pottstown Hearing Voice Group is a peer support group for people who hear, see, or sense things that other people don't. Peer support is based on the idea that often the best people to help us through difficult times are those who have beeen there too. It's about getting together, sharing experiences, and finding ways of coping with them. In this group you can be yourself with people you trust.
A hearing voices group is a safe place to talk about voices and can be the first step in your recovery. Often voice hearers feel powerless over their voices, and joining a peer support group can be a great step toward reclaiming your power!
Hearing voices or having unusual beliefs doesn't have to stop you from living the life you want to live. There are lots of ways of coping and living with these experiences and many people do!
