Join us for a 2 hour women's self defense workshop on Saturday, March 10 from 1 - 3 pm!
This workshop is designed specifically for women to build awareness, confidence and basic ability using fundamental and simplistic movements and concepts. Hands on techniques, defense skills and situational awareness are covered to prevent and protect yourself from becoming a victim.
