Harlem Shake Goes Viral, Montco Patch Team Not Immune

Enjoy our stupidly funny video, and if any of our readers or local businesses have a version of their own, you can upload it here.

What began as a simple video of a few guys in costume dancing to a techno beat has quickly turned into one the internet's latest viral memes.

This week alone, tens of thousands of people have uploaded their version of the "Harlem Shake" to YouTube, including cadets at the West Point Library, families across the country, and even the Today Show.

Inspired by the trend, the staff at Montellas Pub in Lansdale approached the Montgomery County Patch team with the idea to make our own "Harlem Shake" video while working through lunch, so naturally, we jumped on board.

In the video, you'll see the majority of the team seated as they enjoy lunch and work on their laptops. Suddenly, an all-too-familiar beat will play, and, well, – you know the rest.

Enjoy our stupidly funny video, and if any of our readers or local businesses have a version of their own, you can upload it here or we can feature it as a seperate item!
