TCN to Hold 'Landlords Breakfast'

The Tri-County Community Network will hold an event that aims to inform local landlords about services and support agencies that can help keep tenants in place.

The Tri-County Community Network will host a "Landlords Breakfast" on Thursday, Feb. 21, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Zion United Church of Christ in Pottstown.

The goal of the event is to provide local landlords with information about services, potential partnerships and support agencies that can help them keep their tenants in place.

  • Judge Thomas Palladino, who will discuss how landlords can avoid the eviction process.
  • Lynda Haley, from the Montgomery County Housing Authority, who will discuss potential partnerships with the MCHA.
  • Debra Campbell and Brian Tate, both local landlords, who will speak of their success with housing special needs tenants.
  • Russell Johnson, from the North Penn Community Health Foundation, who will discuss the link between maintaining health and housing.
