1.5 Hour LABOR DAY ZUMBA ® CLASS, only $6, Ballroom on High, Pottstown!

BURN OFF THAT BBQ! To say THANK YOU to our Students, past, present and future! Star Seguinot and Rose Dowlin will hold a 6 pm till 7:30 pm ZUMBA class at the Ballroom on High in Pottstown on Labor Day, September, 2nd! Come burn off some Labor Day Calories with us. If you have toning sticks or hand weights under 3 pounds, bring those too. Star may add a Zumba ® Toning song or two. If not, no worries, the toning songs are fun to dance to anyway, and you will still be moving and burning calories! This class is drop-in, only $6 for the entire 1.5 hours! Walk IN, and Dance Out! Bring water, sweat towels and lots of energetic smiles! Invite your friends!
