State Representative David Maloney's Sportsmen's Expo

Marine Crafts equipment will be on display as well as gunsmithing, trapping, archery and bow-hunting demonstrations. Representatives from Pennsylvania Game Commission and the Fish and Boat Commission will be on hand, and there will also be video presentations and door prizes.  A favorite of the kids, the BB gun target shooting will return again this year.

“September
is a great time of year for our sportsmen and women as we move from summer and
begin to think about the cool air and outdoor opportunities of the fall,”
Maloney said. “I’m excited to spend time talking with people from the district
about fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, and all the great opportunities we
have locally and across Pennsylvania to enjoy the outdoors. We would like
people to check out the exhibitors and see the ‘latest and greatest’ for the

coming season.”

“One of our goals with this sportsmen’s expo is to reach out
to our youth.” added Maloney. “I have a great interest in youth hunting and
mentoring programs and I hope to convey the
importance of outdoor conservation, the family traditions of time spent in the
field and Pennsylvania’s rich heritage.”
