Pottstown’s Halloween Parade Oct. 23

Pottstown’s Halloween parade, sponsored by the Pottstown AMBUCS and the Rotary Club of Pottstown, will take place Wednesday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Good Will Steam Fire Engine Company No. 1, according to The Sanatoga Post.

Those in costumes can meet starting 6 p.m. Judging for individual participants starts at 6:30 p.m. in the Goodwill parking lot.

There are floats registered for the parade, according to The Mercury.

Participants will receive refreshments. The Good Will Steam Fire Engine Company No. 1 is located at 714 East High Street in Pottstown, PA.

Starting 5:30 p.m., High Street will be closed from Madison Street to Adams Street. The rest of High Street will close at 6:45 p.m. from Manatawny Street to Adams Street, according to The Mercury.

High Street will open after the parade.
