Community Update

WARNING: if you buy a bra from Jean's Lingerie in Pottstown and cut any tags off, including outer tags attached by those small plastic tabs, they WILL NOT allow you to return it. I went in for a fitting, bought a bra based on how they measured me and after buying it and wearing it for 30 minutes realized it was way too tight and uncomfortable. It also created major back flab because it was way too tight. Also, their bras are way too expensive. A normal bra (with inside lining), like you'd find in Boscovs or other department stores, costs close to $50!! I called Jean about returning it and was told I could not. When I told her I was disappointed, especially since most department stores allow you to return items, she abruptly said "Okay, thank you" and hung up on me. This place isn't worth my time and money. Just a fair warning to others. They need to tell people upfront that they do not accept returns if any tags are removed.
