$4K in Watches Stolen From Limerick Outlet Store, Police Say

Four New Jersey residents are accused of stealing 45 watches from the Fossil outlet.

Four New Jersey residents were arrested for allegedly stealing over $4,000 in watches from the Philadelphia Premium Outlets, according to Limerick Township Police.

Police responded to a report of theft at the Fossil store on Lightcap Road around 6:30 p.m., according to the report, where an employee stated that the lock on a case was broken and three trays of watches were missing, according to police.

The employee described three Hispanic females and one male who had allegedly been in the area of the stolen watches, and police located them in the parking lot, allegedly speeding toward the exit in a 2013 Nissan Maxima.

Mayttee Cordero, 34, of Newark, N.J., was driving the vehicle and Jonathan Malonado, 20, Elaine Santiago, 28, Helen Santiago, 30, also of Newark, N.J., were passengers, according to police

Malonado admitted to police that the watches were in the truck, according to the report; officers found 45 watches in three trays, valued at $4,13.56.

Police also allegedly found two "booster bags" in the vehicle, which are used to deactivate the security strip on inventory.

All four occupants were transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility; bail for all four defendants is set at $20,000.
