DA: Man, 20, Shot and Killed in Pottstown
The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and Pottstown Borough Police have launched a joint investigation.
A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Pottstown on Thursday, and the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office and Pottstown Borough Police have launched a joint investigation.
Police responded to the 400 block of Jefferson Avenue on a report of a suspicious vehicle around 9:50 p.m. Thursday, the District Attorney's Office said.
Inside the vehicle responding officers found a 20-year-old man who had a least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man's identity is being withheld pending notification of his family.
