DUI Charges Are Pending for Pottstown Woman

A Pottstown woman is the subject of charges that are pending against her regarding driving under the influence that stem from a Sept. 9 incident in Sanatoga, according to The Sanatoga Post.

Sandy L. Partlow, 48, of Pottstown, drove past police in Shaner’s Trailer Park, and a Lower Pottsgrove officer later found her parked in her idling car close to Bradley Tire in the 3000 block of East High Street. The officers in the trailer park were there regarding an earlier complaint that Partlow was involved in, say police.

Police asked her to perform sobriety tests, which, according to a police report, she failed. Police noted that she was wobbly on her feet and she smelled of alcohol, per the report. Partlow was arrested, according to police. The charges of driving under the influence are pending her blood results, say police.
