Lower Pottsgrove Man Jailed For Stabbing
Dispute over a woman led to summer 2012 altercation
A 23-year-old Lower Pottsgrove man will spend up to 23 months in jail after stabbing another man with a pocket knife last summer.
The Times Herald reports that Hassan Rothenberger pleaded guilty to aggravated assault as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors.
The victim of the attack said he'd tried to intervene in a fight between Rothenberger and Rothenberger's girlfriend, who had been riding in a car with the victim.

Prior to the attack, Rothenberger's girlfriend reportedly sent him a text message that she intended to "get together" with the victim.
