Police Seek Suspect in McDonald’s Robbery

The Pottstown police are looking for the suspect in an early-morning McDonald's robbery that also injured a employee.

Pottstown police are on the lookout for a man who allegedly robbed the McDonald’s restaurant in Pottstown on High Street Friday around 4:30 a.m., according to The Mercury.

Police say that the alleged perpetrator is a white man who wore a grey sweatshirt at the time of the robbery. The man was armed but the manner of weapon is unclear, say police.

One of the McDonald’s employees was apparently injured and was taken in an ambulance to Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.

The suspect ran away eastward after taking restaurant cash.
