Memorial Service Set for Local Navy SEAL

Job Price will be memorialized on Feb. 16 in Pottstown.

Job Price, son of former Pottstown Borough Councilman and Associate Headmaster Emeritus Harry Price and his wife, Nancy, died on Dec. 22. While his family and friends honored the Navy SEAL in Virginia after his death, those in Pottstown did not have a chance to mourn and give their condolences.

According to the Pottstown Mercury, the Price memorial will be held on Feb. 16 at the Alumni Chapel at The Hill School, Pottstown. There will also be a reception after the 10 a.m. service at the school's Center for the Arts.

An obituary for Price, on Tribute.com, said that Price took his own life with a single gunshot wound to the head while serving his country in Afghanistan.
