Pottstown Tenant Listings Due Tomorrow

The borough requires property owners and managers to complete a form that lists tenant information.

Tomorrow is the deadline for Pottstown rental property owners or their managers to submit to the borough a completed tenant listing of rental dwelling units form.

The form asks for items such as the owner's name and contact information, full name of tenants and lease terms.

"If you live over (five) miles outside the , you are required to designate an emergency contact person that lives or works within the Borough limits," the form states. "P.O. boxes will not be accepted."

Further, the form requires the property owner to "verify that the information provided on the tenant listing is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief."

Background

A group of Pottstown residents say negligent "slumlords" are to blame for problems in the borough including decaying properties and tenants who cause trouble.

In August, several borough residents protested "slumlords" on King Street.

At that time, Teri Jensen-Sellers, who has lived in Pottstown for roughly 10 years, said several residential buildings in the borough are owned by landlords who live in other cities and ignore their rental properties in Pottstown.

“It’s a significant problem … A lot of these properties have criminal activity,” she said of urban blight in the borough. “(Slumlords) are exploiting our community for their own personal gain."

I can not figure out what you're trying to say, and I think that's because you don't know what you're talking about. "G Cock" huh? "Scooter?" "Katie luvs scooter" - what are you, 12?

Scooter, all I have to say is that your bulb doesn't burn as bright as Katie says it does. With a nickname like "scooter" we understand why you list "Leave it to Beaver" as your favorite TV show on facebook! Don't worry, Katie still loves you.

Many families, in our community, spend their days on the edge of homelessness. They face eviction because the landlord stopped paying the mortgage and the buildings are in foreclosure. This MontCo website makes it easy to find out if your landlord has judgements from banks and mortgage lenders, municipal fees and school tax judgements: http://webapp.montcopa.org/PSI/Viewer/Search.aspx?c=CaseSearch&panel=CaseParties

I'm not at all surprised that that's "all you have to say." Grown up talk isn't really your thing. I am still curious about your divorce-as-a-business-plan fraud, and I'm sure your soon-to-be ex's attorney will enjoy receiving a screenshot of that one in the mail any day now. Was your first divorce a business plan too? Maybe all the tax liens as well?

Good lord! You've defaulted on $2,234,213 ?! I think you might need a better business plan. One that involves responsibility!
