My husband, mother-in-law, and I eat at Sam's pretty often. It's simple fare, bountiful, and tasty. Their soups are especially delicious. The help always is courteous and friendly, and the spot is located close enough to home, and the menu is so reasonably priced that it's an easy outing in place of cooking. They offer up daily newspapers and regional TV along with their meals, so it's kind of like an extension of home. The seniors menu goes from soup to nuts, and, if you haven't got room for the dessert, they'll pack it up and send it home with you. Nice local restaurant. Clean. No bells and whistles, but that's part of its charm. Certainly worth a try.
