Pottstown's Positively Pasta to Serve Benefit Dinner

The local restaurant is opening on Wednesday evening for a special fundraising dinner.

Pottstown's Positively Pasta Plus is taking part in National Dine-Out Day for Hurricane Sandy Relief on Wednesday, and will open at a special time - from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. - to serve dinner.

Positively Pasta Plus plans a dinner menu featuring New Jersey produce and seafood, including appetizers, entrees and dessert.

According to a post on its Facebook page, the restaurant will open normally for breakfast and lunch, and proceeds from all three meals will benefit the Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund.

The Hurricane Sandy New Jersey Relief Fund is chaired by New Jersey First Lady Mary Pat Christie. The Fund, according to the National Dine Out Day website, "aims to make a sustainable, long-term impact and focuses on programs that address the unmet needs of New Jersey communities."
