I am new customer to Bella Rouge, and I am very impressed with a number of things. The proprietor Tracey is very knowledgeable about different types of hair, and the ways in which they need to be treated differently. She has worked with clientele of various ethnicities and is not limited to her paticular ethnicity. The service is personal, professional, and her facility is neat and clean.
