I used to be a huge fan of Diane's. I adopted 2 dogs from there over the past 11 years. My one pup of 11 years just passed away. The most recent dog that we adopted was sick and needed surgery when we adopted him. He had bronchitis and a hernia. Not sure why he was not treated by a vet sooner. He is doing well now and it very healthy. I stoppped in twice in the past 3 weeks and not once was I greeted by the staff. The one time 2 of the girls looked at me like I had 2 heads. I was just in the other day and walked by 2 staff members neither said a word. The kennel area stunk of urine. The staff was so friendly before. I am not sure what happened. I have dealt with Becky in the past and she was always great, but after my last few experiences there I will not be back. While I agree that they provide benefits like low cost vaccines, that staff needs some lessons in people skills.
