As momentum builds for enacting a natural gas drilling tax in Pennsylvania, advocates for school children, the environment and struggling families joined state lawmakers today to call for drillers to pay their fair share. Our education system needs to be reformed; it needs more funds too. As a parent, I always try to motivate my daughter doing her studies. However, with motivation knowledge and skills are also required to do well.
