Mother Facing Charges for Encouraging Daughter to Fight at School

Raquel Rosario, 43, was allegedly captured on video encouraging her daughter to fight another girl outside of an area high school.

A mother is facing nurmerous criminal charges after she was allegedly captured on video encouraging her daughter to fight another girl at the Citadel in Reading. According to a report by 69 News, Raquel Rosario, 43, was allegedly captured on video shouting words of encouragement to her daughter as she fought a girl outside of the Intermediate High School on January 3. Pottstown Man Facing Charges After Allegedly Locking Mother in Basement

Bradley Roebuck, 23, is charged with false imprisonment, simple assault - attempt by menace, and recklessly endangering another person, in connection with a domestic incident that occurred during the afternoon of December 5.
