Breaking: Third Phoenixville Murder Suspect Turns Herself In

According to police, Monique Robinson, 18, surrendered to Chester County Detectives in West Chester.

  The third suspect in the September shooting death of Selvin Lopez-Mauricio turned herself in after being on the lam for several months. According to Det. Sgt. Joseph Nemic of the Phoenixville Police Dept., Monique Robinson, 18, turned herself in to Chester County Detectives in West Chester at 8 p.m. on Tuesday. Robinson is wanted in connection with the murder of Lopez-Mauricio, who died from a single gunshot wound to the abdomen in the street in the 100 block of Prospect Street shortly after 1 a.m. Sept. 14. Robinson was video arraigned in front of District Judge Nancy A. Gill and bail was denied due to the severity of the charges.
