  No, it would not qualify as harassment, because all of the information you've mentioned is either in the public record and/or protected by the 1st amendment. And your statement "If damage would occur at the Campbells or any other home you post, you would be held somewhat accountable." is completely false. The person(s) who did the damage would be liable, both civilly and criminally.
