Teel and Freeman are in custody in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility. Collier, like Miller, has evaded authorities and is also considered armed and dangerous.

At the time of Teel's and Freeman's arrest, the District Attorney said that an unidentified third man allegedly entered Borowy's home with Teel and Collier and helped abduct him, and Freeman drove the group away from the home.

Montgomery County District Attorney Risa Vetri Ferman said in a statement, "Omar Miller was a previously listed as an unidentified co-conspirator; law enforcement continued to work, interviewing witnesses and following up with investigative leads, and as a result were able to identify Miller as the fourth co-conspirator."

Borowy was discovered by a passing motorist lying along Sanatoga Station Road the afternoon of May 4 after he had been abducted. An autopsy showed that Borowy had been shot.

As previously reported on Patch, prior to his death, Borowy was free pending a hearing on drug-related charges stemming from an arrest in Upper Merion.

Teel was already in custody on charges that he allegedly lied to investigators when they interviewed him about Borowy's death. Freeman was arrested on May 20.
